Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal to ensure your package is tracked and insured.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed, unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a notification and your refund once our warehouse confirms the inspection.
